Overview

Travel/contract role in Portland, Oregon
Start: ASAP
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: 8-hour days
Schedule note: facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s
Patient ratio: 1:1
May visit up to 6 patients per day
Standard productivity: 30 points
First-time travelers accepted
Local candidates accepted within a 50–75 mile radius
Pending license accepted
No weekend requirement
No on-call requirement
No block scheduling
Traveler must have their own transportation
Occasional travel radius may be up to about 60 miles per day
COVID vaccination requirement includes primary series plus one booster

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oregon
Home Health experience within the last year
1 year of Home Health experience
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with OASIS

Home health
Floating is not required

RTO restrictions should be confirmed with the hiring manager
Guaranteed hours may be reduced by up to one shift per pay period
Business casual attire; scrubs allowed

Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS standard rate
