Required Qualifications

• Valid California RN license
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• CVICU experience with 2 years of experience
• CVICU experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or RQI
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or RQI
• NIHSS
• Experience with Epic
• Experience with Cerner
• Two satisfactory references

• Physical exam within 12 months of start
• N95 fit test within 1 year of start
• Tdap vaccine
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months of start
• Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella immunity/vaccination documentation
• Hepatitis B vaccination series, titer, or signed declination
• Drug test within 1 year of start
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
• Flu vaccination or flu declination
• Vaccine attestation form
• Scripps Learning Modules completion before start
• Standards of Conduct acknowledgement

Float Scope

• May float down and across the organization to like units or lower-acuity units, excluding the ED.

Preferred

• Able to offer block scheduling for Fri/Sat/Sun if needed.
