Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Indiana
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• OR - Operating Room (1.5 years of experience)
• OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
• Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or RQI

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrub experience

• Will float within scope to meet facility needs
• On-call required: 40–60 hours per 6 weeks, may vary
• Must work 2 of 3 major holidays
• Core 3 & 4 includes GEN, Plastic, GYN, ENT, trauma, Neuro, ortho, GU, Colorectal, and Robotics
• OR RNs should be well rounded and current in most areas except CV & Transplant
• Scrub color provided
