Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Location: Silverton, Oregon Employment Type: Travel/Contract Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Dates: 10/28, 11/11

Schedule

• Day shift, 4x10 hours (7:00 to 17:30)
• 40 hours per week
• On call: one night a week and one weekend every 6 weeks

Requirements

• Valid RN license in Oregon
• OR - Operating Room experience (1 year)
• OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Ability to circulate
• Experience with Epic

Float and Cancellation Terms

• Expected to float within the site and across the system; refusing to float as requested will result in contract cancellation
• Low census cancellation: must cancel at least 1.5 hours before shift start
• May be mandatorily cancelled one shift per two-week pay period without cause or penalty
