Advanced cardiovascular procedures include complex coronary procedures, VAD/ECMO, structural heart procedures including TAVR, left atrial appendage occlusion, PFO/ASD closure, mitral valve clipping, complex atrial and ventricular ablations, pacemaker/ICD implant & explanation, cardioversion, pulmonary artery pressure sensor implantation, peripheral intervention, and pulmonary embolectomy procedures

Maximum RTO: 7 days
Call is assigned through one of 6 call teams, with no more than every 6th weekend
Manager interview required
Clinical screening is case-by-case before manager review
