Role Summary

• The mammography tech performs mammographic imaging studies to detect breast tissue abnormalities and presents them for diagnosis.
• The role also includes bone densitometry and x-ray scans for interpretation by, or at the request of, a licensed practitioner.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Mammography Technologist license in Texas
• Mammography Technologist (2 years of experience)
• Mammography Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS, AHA
• Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals
