Physical Therapist (PT) - Long-Term Assignment
Location: Olympia Fields, Illinois
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift:
- Monday & Wednesday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- (Schedule is negotiable; requires 2 late days with 7:00 PM closing)
Call Requirement: None
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Illinois
- Completion of Workplace Violence Prevention training (DCI/BVP)
- American Heart Association or Red Cross BLS certification
