• May need to work a holiday
• May need to float to the OR unit in the evenings
• Orientation is 1 week

Role Overview

• Circulate for ortho, trauma, vascular, and neuro cases
• Scrubbing is a plus, but not required

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License
• OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
• OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
• Orthopedics experience
• Trauma experience
• Vascular Surgery experience
• Neurology experience

Onboarding / Compliance

• 2-step TB test or IGRA with negative reads within the last 6 months
• Background check within 6 months of start
• OIG search within 6 months prior to start
• SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC screening within 6 months prior to start
• Drug screen within 60 days of the initial start date
• Completion of required safety and compliance training modules before clearance
• UHS badge photo
• Influenza vaccine proof required from October through March

Additional Notes

• If declining the influenza vaccine, masking attestation and influenza vaccine declination forms are required
• Medical exemption requires the facility-specific influenza vaccine medical accommodation form and a physician-signed letter
• Chest x-ray and current TB questionnaire are required if TB testing is positive
• A national database criminal background check is optional for Ohio residents to meet fingerprint requirements
