Registered Nurse (RN) Oncology - Long-Term Assignment
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Overview
- Specialty areas: Oncology, Step Down, Surgical, Telemetry
- Rotating shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Schedule: Every Other Weekend (EOW) and Every Other Holiday (EOH)
- Average 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Minimum 2 years of Oncology nursing experience, including experience within the last year
- Experience in Surgical Oncology, Stepdown, and Telemetry units
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Additional Information
- COVID-19 vaccine proof or approved medical/religious exemption preferred but not required
- Influenza vaccine proof required during flu season (October–March) or mask-wearing with specific declination forms completed
- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position
Summary
This is a 13-week long-term assignment for an experienced RN in Oncology with rotating 12.5-hour shifts covering Oncology, Step Down, Surgical, and Telemetry units. Candidates must meet comprehensive licensing, certification, health, and background verification requirements prior to start.
