Provide occupational therapy treatment under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
Assist with vital signs, range of motion, and strength testing
Deliver and document interventions according to established care plans
Train staff, participants, and caregivers/families on therapeutic equipment use and care
Coordinate treatment scheduling, clinical visits, and billing
Monitor participant status and report changes to the Occupational Therapist/IDT
Support end-of-life care coordination under Occupational Therapist supervision
Complete required documentation, trainings, screenings, and quality improvement activities

Serves frail, elderly participants with complex needs
Requires independent work, prioritization in a fast-paced environment, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
