Schedule

Day shift
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Rotating call
40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of relevant nursing experience
ASN
Illinois RN license in good standing
BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Preferred Education

Key Responsibilities

Provide nursing care using the nursing process
Complete initial patient assessments and develop care plans
Implement and update nursing interventions and care plans
Maintain accurate nursing documentation
Report or correct safety hazards and incidents
Communicate directly and privately when needed to resolve issues
Give constructive feedback to support peer development
Identify and address personal learning needs
Meet departmental competency requirements
