Job Details

• Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each)
• Schedule includes weekday and weekend hours
• No on-call requirements

Required Qualifications

• MRI Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience
• MRI Technologist experience within the last year
• ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military accepted)

Required Credentials and Compliance (Must be completed prior to or at onboarding)

• Professional license and/or certification primary source verification (MA Conditional Licenses not accepted)
• MGB Badge Photo: recent color photo (within 6 months), plain background, no eyeglasses
• Fit Test for N95 respirator within 365 days of start date, updated annually (no exemptions allowed)
• Respirator Medical Clearance (RMC) attestation as part of fit test process
• Documentation of immunizations or immunity for MMR (measles, mumps, rubella)
• Tuberculosis (TB) screening: skin test or blood test within 3 months of start date, updated if break >6 months
• Physician Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date, updated if break >6 months
• Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date, including Massachusetts CORI and national sex offender registry checks
• Social Security Number trace covering last 7 years of residence, employment, and education
• Exclusion checks against OIG, GSA, MassHealth, and NH Medicaid lists within 30 days of start and annually
• Education verification of highest level achieved (except CNA positions)
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
• Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state
• Two professional references within 4 years, including at least one supervisor or higher in the skillset
• Confirmation of Assignment/POI form upon acceptance and for any extensions

Optional but Preferred

• Hepatitis B vaccination record or proof of immunity (or declination)
• Tdap vaccination within last 10 years

Additional Notes

• No call requirements
• Prior travel experience is not specified as required
• Positive TB test requires negative chest X-ray documentation (optional but recommended)
• Name change documentation required if legal name differs from credential documents

This position is suitable for MRI Technologists holding the appropriate certification and licensure, who are available for a 13-week assignment with 12-hour shifts including weekends, and who can meet comprehensive credentialing and health compliance requirements.
