Ultrasonographer - New Hampshire (Dover)
Job Details
- Specialty: Ultrasonographer
- Location: Dover, New Hampshire
- Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
- Contract Length: 12 weeks
- Shift: Day shifts, Tuesday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Hours: 36 guaranteed hours per week, with possibility of 4x10 schedule
- Travel Requirement: Must live more than 50 miles from Dover, NH
Required Credentials and Certifications
- Licenses:
- New Hampshire Imaging Tech License
- Primary source verification of professional license/certification (no conditional licenses)
- Certifications:
- BLS (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military; AHA preferred)
- ARDMS in OB and ABD
- ARRT (S)
- Health Requirements:
- Fit Test for N95 respirator (within 365 days, updated annually)
- MMR vaccination or proof of immunity
- Influenza vaccine during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30), no exemptions
- TB test (skin test or blood test) within 3 months of start date, updated if >6 month break
- Health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days, updated if >6 month break
- Preferred/Optional:
- Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity proof (strongly preferred)
- Tdap vaccine within 10 years (preferred)
- Positive PPD requires negative chest X-ray documentation
Professional Requirements
- Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start, updated if >6 month break
- Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state
- Two recent references (minimum one supervisor or above in skillset)
- Skills checklist required for submission
- Confirmation of assignment/POI form upon acceptance and for extensions
- Education verification (highest level achieved)
- Social Security Number trace (addresses/aliases for past 7 years)
- National sex offender registry check within 30 days of start, updated annually
- Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, MassHealth, NH Medicaid) within 30 days of start and annually
- New Hampshire state checks within 30 days prior to start and updated if >30 day break (NH Criminal Background and NH BEAS record check)
Additional Notes
- No religious exemptions for fit testing or influenza vaccine
- Fit testing cannot be done onsite; must be completed prior to start
- All documentation must be current and compliant with specified timelines
- Compliance and security vetting required for background and exclusion checks
