Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Maryland.
- Stepdown experience with 2 years of experience.
- Stepdown experience within the last year.
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Life Support; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Onboarding / Compliance
- Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start.
- License/certificate verification within 30 days prior to start.
- Ascension Color Vision completed prior to start and updated every 3 years.
- Ascension Core Competencies completed within a year of start and updated every 3 years.
- Ascension EKG Exam with passing score of at least 80%; only two attempts permitted; updated every 3 years.
- Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation.
- Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding.
- Ascension Nova StatStrip completed before clearance and annually.
- Badge photo required.
- MMR documentation required.
- Fit test required.
- Hepatitis B documentation required.
- Influenza vaccine documentation required.
- Health statement required.
- Driver’s license or state ID required.
- 2 Step PPD or IGRA required.
- Varicella documentation required.
- Tdap required.
- Criminal background check results required.
- EPLS required.
- Education verification required.
- Confirmation of assignment required.
- Employment verification required.
- 11 panel drug screen required.
