Job Opportunity: RN Stepdown Nights

Location

Indianapolis, Indiana

Position Details

Specialty: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN)
Shift: Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Patient ratio: Typically 1 RN to 4 patients, all on bedside cardiac monitors
Weekly hours: 36 hours per week
Schedule: Every other weekend and one major holiday per contract
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Indiana
Minimum of 1 year of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience, including experience within the last year
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
ACLS certification
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
