- Schedule: Saturday/Sunday/Monday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Indiana
- CT Technologist (1 year of experience)
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Driver's License
Onboarding / Compliance Requirements
- Resume or profile
- Signed assignment agreement
- Medical imaging contract worker onboarding education attestation
- Badge photo with a forward-facing headshot on a white or blue background
- Ascension core competencies completion within 1 year of start, then every 3 years
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year of start, then annually
- Education verification within 90 days of start
- Employment verification for the past 7 years
- Criminal background check
- EPLS check
- 12-panel drug screen within 30 days prior to start
- Health statement or completed physical exam
- MMR documentation
- Hepatitis B documentation
- Varicella documentation
- Tdap documentation
- Fit test
- Signed assignment confirmation upon initial assignment and each extension
Optional / Additional Items
- Influenza vaccine documentation is optional; exemptions or declinations are accepted, but masking is required if not vaccinated
- Positive PPD / negative chest X-ray / annual TB questionnaire is optional
- Hiring manager evaluation is optional
- Name change document is optional
