Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in New Jersey.
Certification by ARRT or NMTCB in Nuclear Medicine Technology.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, including experience within the last year.
At least 1 year of acute, clinical radiology experience.
Experience as a Radiology Technologist.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
Completion of DCI/BVP workplace violence prevention training.

COVID-19 vaccination: 2 doses plus booster or completed declination.
MMR: Proof of 2 vaccines or positive titer.
Hepatitis B: Record of 3 immunizations, immune titer, or declination accepted.
Influenza vaccine or declination (seasonal requirement).
Tuberculosis (TB) test within 1 year of start date.
Varicella vaccination or titer showing immunity.
Tdap vaccination (declinations not accepted in some states).
Annual respirator fit test (specific mask types accepted).
Annual physical/health statement confirming clearance to work.
Drug screening: Minimum 10-panel test including THC within 60 days of start (special testing rules apply for California locations).
