Role Summary

• Manages clinical services, supervises staff, and drives quality management.
• Manages a small team of one RN and one LVN.
• May assist with on-call coverage.

Required Qualifications

• 4 years of experience within the last 5 years working in a home health agency, hospice, primary care clinic, or health facility.
• 1 year of recent Hospice Supervisor experience.
• Travel experience.
• Nursys.
• AHA BLS.
• AHA ACLS.
• Driver's License/State ID.
• Professional State License or Certificate Verification, including acceptance of out-of-state licensure when permitted by state executive orders.
