Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room (OR) (Days)

Location: Batesville, Arkansas

Job Summary

Deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established philosophy. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care and achieve desired outcomes. Provide physical and psychological support to patients while maintaining professional nursing standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Operating Room (OR) experience
• Ability to circulate in multiple specialties including GYN, ENT, Urology, Orthopedics, General Surgery, and Vascular
• Experience with Pediatric to Geriatric patient populations
• Experience with MediTech EMR system
• Active Arkansas or Compact RN License (verified via Nursys)
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• Two supervisory reference forms from within the last two years
• Skills checklist relevant to Operating Room, current within 1 year

• Unit size: 11 beds
• RN to patient ratio: 1:1
• Trauma level: III
