Occupational Therapist - Home Health (Travel/Contract)

Location: Stockton, California
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Field position covering Central Valley area including Stockton and Modesto
Home Health setting
Work schedule options: Tuesday-Saturday, Wednesday-Sunday, or Monday-Friday
Day shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5 days/week, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week)
Locals are welcome to apply
Hours guaranteed if 25 or more patient visits are completed weekly (25 visits = 40 hours)
Mileage reimbursement per IRS standard
COVID vaccination proof or medical/religious exemption required

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
Experience with OASIS
