Occupational Therapist - Home Health (Travel/Contract)
Location: Stockton, California
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Field position covering Central Valley area including Stockton and Modesto
- Home Health setting
- Work schedule options: Tuesday-Saturday, Wednesday-Sunday, or Monday-Friday
- Day shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5 days/week, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week)
- Locals are welcome to apply
- Hours guaranteed if 25 or more patient visits are completed weekly (25 visits = 40 hours)
- Mileage reimbursement per IRS standard
- COVID vaccination proof or medical/religious exemption required
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
- Experience with OASIS
