- Shift: 4x10 Night shifts (8:00 PM - 6:30 AM), Monday through Thursday

Certifications & Licenses
- ARRT CT certification must be in hand at time of submittal
- BLS (Basic Life Support) required
- ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, CPI, NIH Stroke Certification may be required or preferred depending on unit (refer to facility/unit specifics)
- State License: Primary source verification required (Missouri license verifiable on NURSYS)
- IV Certification: Preferred for LPN/LVN if applicable
- Other Certifications: May include Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB), Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM), and others depending on unit
Experience & Skills Required
- Work Setting Experience Required: Outpatient and inpatient
- Preferred Work Settings: Level I Trauma Center, Teaching Hospital, Community Hospital, Adult ICU
- General Skills Required: PACS, use of contrasts
- Preferred General Skills: IV starts, portables, biopsies
- CT Procedure Experience Required: Abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, CT angiography (CTAs), multiplanar reconstruction
- Preferred CT Procedures: Aspirations/biopsies, brain perfusion, colonography, CT arthrography, drainage, myelography, transplant studies
- Equipment Experience: Siemens scanners preferred
- Facility Type: Level 1 trauma center with high complexity cases
Compliance & Background Requirements
- Criminal background check within 6 months required (7-year search including statewide and nationwide checks)
- EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required quarterly
- Education verification of highest related education required
- Fingerprinting required for certain Illinois long-term care or rehab assignments
- Drug testing required within 1 year of start and must remain valid throughout assignment
- Physical exam required within 1 year of start
- Fit mask testing required and must be renewed annually
- Immunizations and health documents required:
- Tdap (or declination)
- Negative TB test or chest x-ray (with specific timing requirements)
- Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella, Varicella immunity or vaccination/declination
- Seasonal flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
- Facility-specific documents such as HIPAA acknowledgement, confidentiality form, latex allergy questionnaire, hand hygiene policy, dress code policy, and orientation modules must be completed prior to start
