- Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours per 2 weeks (may be called off for 1 eight-hour shift per 2 weeks)

Required Qualifications
- Licensure: Must have Alaska RN license in hand (no pending license accepted)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of specialty experience (Acute Care experience required)
- Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) required
- ACM (Acute Care Management) certification preferred
- Skills:
- Epic experience required
- Acute Care experience required
- Prior Travel Experience: Not explicitly required
- References: Minimum 2 references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting, from supervisors
Scheduling & Time Off
- Only 1 time off request allowed per 13-week assignment, for 5 days or less
- No holiday time off allowed for auto offer
Compliance & Documentation Requirements
- Background check within 45 days of start, covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years, updated annually
- Drug screen: 10 panel within 90 days of start (instant tests not accepted)
- Physical exam within 1 year of start, signed by MD, NP, PA, or DO
- Immunizations and health documents required:
- TDAP (within 10 years) or declination
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months, updated annually
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or positive titer
- Hepatitis B vaccination or signed declination (Alaska placements require positive titer and vaccine series)
- Varicella vaccination or positive titer
- Flu vaccine or declination during flu season
- COVID vaccine or declination
- Respirator clearance required annually for travel candidates
- Fit mask test required (updated annually)
- References and employment application covering last 5 years (7 years for APN/subcontractors)
- Skills checklist updated annually (if applicable)
Training & Competency Requirements
- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam (as applicable)
- Competency exams as required by specialty
- Epic training and access required
- Completion of Providence Workramp modules:
- Annual regulatory requirements
- Specialty-specific modules (ER, L&D, Leadership roles, Hospice/Home Health/Assisted Living)
- Basics of Trauma Informed Care (required at this facility)
- Other certifications may be required based on unit or specialty (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP, CPI)

- Candidates must comply with Providence floating policy and may be required to float to other Providence facilities within a reasonable distance
