Overview

Specialty/setting: Therapy/Rehabilitation, home health pediatric speech-language pathology
Location: Fort Worth, Texas
Unit/coverage area: Fort Worth Float Pool; HEB area of Ft Worth
Contract length: 12 weeks
Schedule: 20 hours per week, 5 days, 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Visits: 18 visits per week
Average patients per day: 5
Start date: 10/12/2026 or ASAP for 12 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist license in Texas
Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (1 year of experience)
Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist experience within the last year
ASHA certification required for SLP
Relevant license
State license verification
Unexpired government-issued photo ID
Background check
EPLS/GSA/SAM clearance
HHS/OIG clearance
Competency exam
Medication test/pharmacology competency exam
Physical exam within the last 12 months of start
Negative TB or chest X-ray within the stated timeframe
TB questionnaire
Rubeola, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella documentation
Drug screen within the last 12 months of start
2 professional references within 3 years of hire
