Overview

Travel/Contract role in Auburn, New York
13-week assignment
Start date must be 1/5/2027 only
Day shift: 4x10 or 5x8
Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
Floating required per facility needs
Weekend requirement per facility needs
Call is required

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New York
Cardiac Cath Lab experience with 2 years of experience
Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab
Interventional Cardiac Cath lab
Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult
Interventional Catheterizations
Left heart catheterization
Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring
Right heart catheterization
Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring
Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias

Call Details

Call frequency: 11–14 days, with weekday and rotating weekend call
Minimum response time: under 30 minutes
Holiday call: 24-hour call on holidays, rotating
Typical callback frequency: 14 call-ins since the unit opened in January

Additional Notes

If the traveler lives within 50 miles of the facility, they are considered local
Local rate is lower than travel rate
All RTO must be submitted upfront; RTO after offer will not be approved
Call-off policy: 3 shifts per 13-week assignment
Applicants without a NY license may still be submitted if they have applied for it and the submission includes the application date
No hits on nursing license approved is listed as an automatic disqualifier
