Medical Surgical LPN

Overview

Location: Memphis, Tennessee
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Night shift, 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Weekly hours: 36
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid LPN / LVN license in Tennessee
LPN / LVN (2 years of experience)
LPN / LVN experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
IV Certification
Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
Driver's License
Level I Trauma experience
Large hospital experience
Med Surg experience

Schedule / Assignment Details

Start date: ASAP
On-call as needed
Weekend work as needed
Block scheduling is not open, though weekend block may be considered
First-time travelers are not accepted unless they have 3+ years of recent experience
Local candidates are not accepted; 100-mile radius restriction applies
RTO must be included at time of submission and will not be reviewed after an offer is presented

Additional Notes

Team nursing model with ratios around 1:7, though ratios may be higher with support from PCC, RN, and others
Candidates must submit only one job ID/facility choice or they may be removed from consideration
Two recent professional references are required
