Job Overview

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Contract length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Weekly hours: 40
Call: One day per week
Weekend rotation: 1 weekend every 6–7 weeks
Float: None
Start timing: Start date may vary based on class and trainer availability; full availability is required for orientation

Required Qualifications

Interventional Radiology Technologist with 2 years of experience
Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
ARRT certification
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Previous Stroke Certified Hospital Experience
Special Procedures work setting skills

Required Skills

Equipment maintenance, PACS, and supply stocking
Fluoroscopy
Equipment setup, access-site prep, room circulation, and sterile-field scrubbing
3D imaging
Isolation precautions/PPE
Lead tech experience
Use of rapid response/code teams
Sterile technique
