Overview

Location: Hazard, Kentucky

Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Kentucky
Behavioral Health experience: 2 years
Behavioral Health experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
CPI certification
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License

Schedule Expectations

Every other weekend required
Blocked scheduling is not accommodated
36/48 schedule for the two-week pay period

Additional Notes

Meditech is used for EMR familiarity
Orientation is bi-weekly
A valid driver’s license and matching address documentation are required in the submission packet
Assignment confirmation must be signed within 24 hours of offer
Local candidates are not accepted
