Registered Nurse (MS/Telemetry) - Travel/Contract

Location: Lillington, North Carolina
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Night (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Unit: Medical-Surgical / Telemetry (MS/Tele)
Patient Ratio: 1:5-6
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Floating: Required within scope; may float to a nearby regional hospital if needed
Block Scheduling: Not accommodated
Local Candidates: Not accepted (50-mile radius rule applies)
First-Time Travelers: Accepted
Guaranteed Hours: Call-off policy allows 2 shifts off per 13-week assignment; otherwise, contracted hours guaranteed

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
• Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical/Telemetry nursing experience, including experience within the last year
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Special Requirements and Policies

• Return Staff Policy: Must be off assignment for 1 year before returning as a traveler
• Contract Limit: Maximum of 2 contracts (one extension allowed); after that, must be off for 6 months before returning
• On-Call: Not required
• RTO (Return to Office) Restrictions: At manager’s discretion
