Shift Details

• Night shift, 5 shifts per week
• Hours: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (8-hour shifts)
• Workdays: Tuesday through Saturday

Job Description

• Must have surgery experience as there is surgery coverage during night shifts.
• Unit may consider first-time travelers depending on experience.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in Radiology/Cardiology specialty.
• Must have at least 1 year of EPIC system experience.

Required Certifications

• ARRT (Radiologic Technologist)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Radiology Technologist, including X-Ray Technician experience.
• Valid ARRT Radiologic Technologist (ARRT R) certification.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience with Epic system.
• Valid state license for Radiologic Technologist.
• Driver’s License required immediately upon signing for computer access and must be carried while on duty.
• Background checks including 7-year history, EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG, and others as required.
• Physical exam within 1 year attesting ability to meet physical demands.
• Immunizations and health documents including:

  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 90 days of start.
  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccine if working in high-risk areas.
  • Flu vaccine or approved exemption (not required for remote workers).
  • Documentation for Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Hepatitis B.
• Drug screening within 1 year and updated annually.
• Fit mask (respirator fit test) completed onsite during orientation.

Additional Requirements

• Completion of online Cornerstone modules within 72 hours of assignment (approx. 12 hours).
• Pass/Fail testing for medication and arrhythmia exams as applicable.
• Badge photo required prior to start.
• Compliance with facility-specific policies including floating policy (not required for this location).
• Annual competency exams and core training modules must be current.
• Must complete all required background and credential verifications prior to start.

• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required; first-time travelers may be considered.
