Role Details

• Position/Specialty: OR CST
• Call required: Yes

  • 4 weekdays of call and 1.5 weekends in a 4-week period
  • At least one full weekend and one half weekend every 4 weeks
• Floating: May float between service lines
• First-time travelers: Accepted only with experience in all areas
• Local radius rule: 60-mile radius
• Locals accepted: Yes, on a case-by-case basis

Required Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist with 2 years of experience
• Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NBSTSA
• Experience working with General Surgery patients
• Experience working with Orthopedics patients
• Experience working with Podiatry patients
• Experience working with GYN patients
• Experience with robotic surgery
• Experience with gynecology surgery cases
• Experience with eye surgery cases
• Experience with urology surgery cases
• Experience with ENT surgery cases
• South Carolina license verification / primary source verification
