Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)

Job Details

• Specialty: Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Work Settings: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and/or Home Health coverage in multiple local locations
• Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, or
  • Shifted schedule options: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday
• Work Hours Guarantee:

  • 36 hours per week for twelve-hour shifts, or
  • 40 hours per week for eight to ten-hour shifts
• Travel: Mileage and drive time between locations are compensated if travel is required (within an 80-mile local area)
• Software Used: Net Health
• Supervision: No supervision of assistants required
• Productivity Expectation: 88% (group and concurrent time counted in full)
• Training: New graduates will be trained and supported by onsite therapy supervisor, clinical specialist, and director
• On-Call: No on-call or call-back required

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification

• Local placements only (within 80 miles)
• A fee applies if the clinician cancels or quits with less than 14 days' notice
• Housing options may be available with local rates applied
