EEG Technologist

Location: Omaha, Nebraska
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 8-hour shifts, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday


Job Summary

Perform nerve conduction studies (NCS) and autonomic studies on patients to evaluate the peripheral and autonomic nervous system. Work closely with physicians in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Requires knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology related to the nervous system.


Required Qualifications

  • BLS (AHA) certification
  • Registered Nerve Conduction Study Technologist (R.NCS.T) via AAET
  • Registry by American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine (ABEM) or American Association of Electrodiagnostic Technologists (AAET) required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Registered EMG credentials

Additional Information

  • Must comply with a 50-mile radius rule and provide a valid driver’s license upon submission
  • Artificial nails are prohibited in all patient care departments; refusal to remove will result in contract termination
