Job Opportunity: RN (Registered Nurse) - General OR

Location: Lewes, Delaware
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
Shift: Day shift, 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM, 4 ten-hour shifts per week with call (6-8 days in an 8-week schedule)

Job Description

• Seeking an experienced OR RN for a busy hospital in Delaware.
• Must have 2+ years of current OR experience in all areas except hearts (heart experience is a bonus).
• Responsibilities include scrubbing and circulating in the OR.
• Must hold ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Must have a Delaware or compact nursing license.
• EPIC experience required for travelers: 6 months of EPIC experience within the past year.
• No more than two consecutive days of Return to Office (RTO).

Requirements

• Specialty Experience: Minimum 2 years in Operating Room nursing.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required.
• Licensing: Delaware or compact license required.
• EPIC Experience: 6 months within the past year (for travelers).
• Prior Travel Experience: Not explicitly required.

Additional Information

• Call schedule includes 6-8 call days in an 8-week period.
• Must be able to scrub and circulate during procedures.
• Heart surgery experience is a plus but not mandatory.
