Radiation Therapist
Overview
- 13-week assignment in Cheyenne, Wyoming
- Day shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday
- 4 10-hour shifts per week
Required Qualifications
- BLS
- Degree in Radiation oncology
- Wyoming State License
- national license
- Experience with the machines True/vital beam
Preferred Qualifications
- Mosaic experience
Department Details
- Radiation Oncology department
- 2 Vital Beam and True Beam machines
- Common cases include breast, lung, prostate, head and neck, esophogeal, and stereotactic brain/body treatment (SBRT, SRS)
- No peds
- Travelers will not do simulation
Schedule and Logistics
- Permanent address must be at least 25 miles from the facility location
- All ppw due Wednesday at noon MST the week before start
- No weekend, holiday, or call/standby requirements
- 1 week of department orientation before working independently
