Valid RN license in Arizona
CVOR (2 years of experience)
CVOR experience within the last year
BLS
ACLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
Driver's License
ED - Emergency Department experience
Neuro ICU experience

Additional Job Details

Weekly orientations are held on Mondays except during holiday weeks
Onboarding must be complete by 1:00 PM CST on the Wednesday before start
No pending items are allowed at onboarding
Travelers may be expected to work with nursing students
Assigned parking with shuttle transport to the facility; night shift parking is in a garage
Floating may be required to General OR or BNI OR
Call is mandatory 1–2 nights per week, with possible weekend call
Charge nurse duties are included
Scrubs: Steel Blue

6 ORs plus 1 hybrid OR
Approximately 7 cases per day, up to 15
Common cases include open heart, vascular, endo, thoracic, esophageal, general, hepatobiliary, and transplants

Screening / Testing

Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam required before acceptance
Day 1 pass/fail exam required
SIMs Lab is required for applicable RN skills validation
