Job Description

As a Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in an inpatient setting. This role requires competency in delivering care primarily to an adult population, following standards adapted from the ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice.

• 12 weeks

Required Qualifications

Education

• Associate’s degree in Nursing (minimum)
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred)

Licensure & Certifications

• Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) participating state
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider or equivalent
• American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Electronic Fetal Monitoring certification through the National Certification Corporation (NCC)

Experience

• Clinical competence and experience in care and management of Labor & Delivery patient populations
