Job Description

Prepare and dispense medications accurately and in a timely manner
Provide pharmacological information to the multidisciplinary healthcare team
Monitor patient drug therapies
Resolve questions regarding formulary and non-formulary medications following policies and procedures
Provide dosing and therapeutic recommendations based on patient age and pharmacokinetics, supported by current literature
Perform patient education on proper medication use, timing, potential side effects, and drug interactions

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited College of Pharmacy (ACPE)
0-2 years of experience as a licensed Pharmacist
