Registered Nurse — Catheterization Laboratory
Location
- La Crosse, Wisconsin
Contract
- Travel assignment
- 13 weeks
- Start ASAP
Schedule
- 9-hour variable day shifts
- Shift times: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- On-call required: 1–2 nights per week and every 4th–5th weekend
- 30-minute response time
- Holidays as needed due to call
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- Cardiac Cath Lab (2 years of experience)
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience with structural heart procedures including TAVR, Mitraclips, and Watchman
- Experience with high-risk PCI cases including Impella support
- Experience scrubbing in with physicians during cardiac procedures
- Experience with Epic
Work Setting
- Cath lab only
- Fast-paced unit with RN and tech teams
- Procedures include caths, PCI, and structural heart cases
Additional Notes
- Guaranteed hours: 72 hours biweekly
- Scrub colors are provided by the hospital
