Job Opportunity: X-Ray Technologist

Location: Ypsilanti, Michigan
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift Details:

• 10 hours per day
• Variable schedule and start time
• No weekends, call, or holidays

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technician or X-Ray Technologist within the last year.
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required for submission.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association, current and submitted prior to start.
• Experience with Epic electronic health record system.
• Must hold a valid X-Ray Technologist license for Michigan.

Onboarding Requirements

Candidates must provide the following documentation prior to or at onboarding:

• Current license/certification verification dated within 30 days of start.
• Fit test documentation (if applicable).
• 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (specific drug panel required).
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption/declination (with agency letterhead).
• Proof of MMR vaccination or immunity via lab titer.
• Hepatitis B vaccination series documentation (at least first vaccination prior to start).
• Influenza vaccine proof or approved declination/exemption for the current flu season.
• Tuberculosis screening: 2-step PPD or IGRA test; if positive, chest x-ray within last year (specific to Michigan).
• Varicella vaccination proof or immunity via lab titer.
• Current Tdap vaccination or approved declination (declination accepted if no pediatric interaction).
• Physical/health statement confirming fitness to work within the last year.
• Color vision test documentation.

Professional and Background Checks

• Signed code of conduct and confidentiality agreements.
• Standard I-9 verification.
• Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county) covering last 7 years, including SSN verification.
• Education verification (highest level of academic education).
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) and OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion checks dated within 30 days.
• NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days.
• Conflict of interest disclosure form.
• Integrity and audit services form signed shortly before start.
• System access form completed and uploaded one week before start.

Additional Notes

• Skills checklist will be provided by the agency for clinical contractors.
• No prior travel experience explicitly required for this position.
