Job Opportunity: RN Telemetry I
Location: Redding, California
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 26 weeks (approximately 6 months)
Shift: Day shift, 12-hour shifts
Start Date: January 17
Job Description
- Provide telemetry nursing care.
- Must be able to float between units.
- Weekend availability required.
- Preference for candidates available through the end of January and the first week of February.
- Position is Per Diem for 26 weeks.
Required Experience
- Specialty: RN Telemetry I

Compliance & Credential Requirements

- Annual Respirator Fit Test (must be completed prior to start)
Vaccinations & Health Requirements
- COVID-19: 2 vaccines and booster required or declination completed
- MMR: Proof of 2 vaccines or positive titer showing immunity
- Hepatitis B: Declinations not accepted
- Influenza Vaccine: Required during flu season (Nov 1 - Mar 31), declinations not accepted
- TB Test: Within one year of start date
- Varicella: Vaccination or titer showing immunity
- Tdap: Must have valid adult Tdap vaccine, declinations not accepted
- Physical/Health Statement: Must be current and state clear to work
Testing & Exams
- Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam (minimum 80% score)
- Prime Basic Rhythm Interpretation Screening (minimum 80% score)
- Prime Core Competencies Exam (minimum 80% score)
- Prime Specialty Exam (minimum 80% score)
- Prime Skills Checklist (does not expire on assignment)
- Prime Color-blind Test (annual)
Other Requirements
- Prime Agency Attestation (completed after all credentials uploaded)
- Prime SAM/EPLS exclusion search (date must be visible)
- Prime Form I-9 (Employment eligibility verification)
- Prime Education Verification (diploma or transcripts accepted if third-party verification unavailable)
- DCI/BVP (Workplace Violence Prevention training)
- Prime Resume (up-to-date and accurate work history)
- Two professional references required (one from a manager or direct supervisor)
- Name Verification Affidavit if there are discrepancies between credentials
