• Role: RN CVOR
• Location: Nashville, Tennessee
• Employment type: LTA
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Weekly hours: 40
• Shift: 06:45 - 17:15
• Work schedule: Rotating days based on an 8-week schedule
• Call: 12 shifts per 8-week schedule, 12 hours each

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Tennessee
• CVOR experience within the last year
• 1 year of CVOR experience
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• Driver's License
• Current nursing license with primary source verification within 30 days prior to start
• Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start
• Ascension Skills Checklist, completed within one year of start and updated annually for specialty
• Resume or profile
• At least two professional references
• Ascension Badge Photo
• Ascension 11 Panel Drug Screen, completed within 30 days prior to the start of the first assignment and updated annually thereafter
• Driver's License/State ID, not expired and showing front/back
• Health Statement or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually thereafter
• MMR documentation
• Varicella documentation
• Hepatitis B documentation or declination
• Tdap, valid for 10 years from administered date
• Influenza Vaccine documentation or declination
• Fit Test
