Job Opportunity: RN Circulator - Surgery

Location: Bartlesville, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

• Provide direct nursing care following established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition appropriately.
• Coordinate care among all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Follow physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning with the healthcare team.
• Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment.
• Use personal protective equipment following standard precautions.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Oklahoma
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 2 years of RN Surgery experience
• At least 1 year of Operating Room (OR) experience within the last year

Additional Requirements

• Completion of onboarding requirements including education attestation and nursing contract worker onboarding.
• Completion of Cerner test-out and training checklist.
• Submission of professional references (at least two).
• Criminal background check and employment verifications as required.
• Compliance with all facility-specific onboarding and competency checklists.
