ARRT or NMTCB certification
SCRQSA certification
BLS certification (AHA only)
License/certificate verification required

Hepatitis B immunization or titer with lab printout
Varicella immunization or titer with lab printout
2-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)

Confirmation of assignment form

Role highlights

Performs mammography exams, including screening, diagnostic, stereotactic biopsy, and bone density (DXA)
Verifies patient identity and confirms correct exam orders
