CT Technologist - Days
Location: Traverse City, Michigan
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule
- Days shift:
- Monday to Thursday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Sunday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
- Weekend requirement: Every Sunday
- Holidays: Required
- No on-call duties
- Overtime available after 40 hours
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Applied Science
- ARRT certification
- BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross, active at start date
- Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, with experience within the last year
Required Onboarding and Compliance
- Proof of vaccinations or positive titers for:
- MMR
- Varicella (history not accepted)
- Influenza vaccine required from November 1 through April 30 (no declinations accepted; medical/religious exemptions allowed with agency letterhead)
- TB test: Negative T-spot or QuantiFERON within last 6 months OR two negative skin tests within last 6 months (2-step must be 7-28 days apart). If positive, chest X-ray and TB screening questionnaire required.
- Fit for Duty health statement completed within 1 year of start date
- Drug screen results within 90 days prior to start
- Ishihara compliant color vision exam (optional)
Documentation and Verification Requirements
- Professional references: Minimum of 2 from managers, supervisors, or charge roles (attestations not accepted)
- Background checks and verifications within 90 days prior to start:
- 7-year national criminal background check including all aliases, sex offender database, FACIS Level 3
- OIG search
- OFAC search
- National sex offender search
- Education and employment verification: At least 2 employers verified spanning 2 years, matching resume (attestations not accepted)
- Social Security card and verification (trace or death master file not accepted)
- Driver’s license or state ID
- Completed I-9 attestation
- Emergency contact form
- Signed healthcare system agreement (to ensure system access)
- Core competency exams (OSHA & JC) and skill-specific competencies completed at hire

Additional Information
- Scrubs color: Caribbean Blue
- No guaranteed hours; overtime available after 40 hours
