CT Technologist Position - Traverse City, Michigan

Job Details

• Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Afternoons, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Weekend Requirement: Every 4th weekend
• Holidays: Required
• On-Call: No
• No guaranteed hours; overtime available after 40 hours/week
• Preferred Experience: Cannon and GE CT scanner experience

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Applied Science
• ARRT certification, including ARRT CT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - Computed Tomography)
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, active at start date
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, with experience within the last year

Health and Compliance Requirements

• Proof of MMR vaccination or positive titer
• Proof of Varicella vaccination or positive titer (history not accepted)
• Influenza vaccine required from November 1 through April 30 (no declinations accepted; medical/religious exemptions allowed with agency letterhead)
• Negative TB test within last 6 months (T-spot or QuantiFERON preferred, or 2-step skin test); if positive, chest X-ray and TB screening questionnaire required
• Fit for Duty health statement completed within 1 year of start date
• Drug screen results within 90 days prior to start

Onboarding and Documentation Requirements

• Social Security card (upload within 24 hours of offer acceptance)
• Driver’s license or state ID
• Completion of core competency exams (OSHA & Joint Commission)
• Skill-specific competencies and self-assessment checklist
• Background checks including:

  • 7-year national criminal background check with all aliases, national sex offender database, and FACIS Level 3
  • OIG, OFAC, and National Sex Offender searches within 90 days
• Education and employment verifications (minimum 2 employers over 2 years)
• Completed I-9 attestation
• Emergency contact form
• Signed healthcare system agreement (submit within 24 hours of offer acceptance)
• Parking form (if renting a car, must be completed prior to start)
