• Call OR experience with CVOR preferred

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• CVOR (2 years of experience)
• CVOR experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• PALS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association

Required Onboarding Items

• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year prior to start and updated annually
• Competency exam with passing score of 80% or higher, completed within 1 year of start
• Core competencies with passing score of 80% or higher, current within 1 year prior to start and renewed annually
• Criminal background check completed within 30 days prior to start
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days prior to start
• Health statement signed and dated within 1 year of start
• TB screening
• MMR documentation
• Varicella documentation
• Hepatitis B documentation
• Tdap documentation
• Fit test completed within 1 year prior to start and updated annually
• Annual TB questionnaire within 6 months of start
• Eye exam and color vision testing within 1 year prior to start
• Badge photo
• Contract annual education packet
