Job Description

Position: Pediatric Cardiac Ultrasonographer
Call Coverage:
- Monday through Friday: 1600 to 0700
- Saturday and Sunday: 0700 to 0700
- PRN Coverage Monday through Friday: 0700 to 1600

Required Certifications

BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA or ARC only
ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography)
FMOLHS American Registry of Diagnostic Sonography Registry
FMOLHS 1 Specialty Registries

Additional Information

Influenza Vaccine:
- Medical/Religious exemptions accepted with appropriate documentation.
- Medical exemption requests must be completed on the FMOLHS Medical Exemption Flu Form.
