Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
Location: Haverhill, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Temp
Shift: Days
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Role Summary
Provides rehabilitative treatment to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders under the supervision and direction of an Occupational Therapist. Duties include ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive and assistive devices.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Massachusetts
- NBCOT
- Occupational Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
- Experience in a Long Term Care or Rehabilitation setting
- Occupational Therapist Assistant experience
Additional Information
- New grads are considered if they have Level II experience, not just Level I observation experience.
