Job Opportunity: CT Tech

Location: Lynnwood, Washington
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 8 weeks

Job Details

• Schedule: 3 shifts of 12 hours each (06:45 AM - 07:15 PM)
• Call: None
• Start Date: ASAP, any Monday
• Maximum 5 days Return to Office (RTO) considered

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist
• Experience with Siemens Somatom Go.Top CT scanner
• Proficient with EPIC electronic health record system

Required Certifications & Licenses

• ARRT CT certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (AHA; RQI not accepted)

Required Documentation & Compliance

• Government-issued photo ID (e.g., Driver’s License or State ID)
• Social Security number (no physical card required)
• Background check covering all locations lived/worked/schooled in past 7 years, including federal, state, and nationwide searches
• Physical exam within 1 year of start date
• Immunizations and titers or vaccinations for:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (highly preferred or declination)
  • Measles (Rubeola)
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Hepatitis B (titer, proof of series, or declination)
  • Varicella
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year (QGold, T-SPOT, or 2 PPDs)
• 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccine or facility-specific declination (required year-round)

Additional Requirements

• No less than two satisfactory references from previous employers within the last year, including evaluation of clinical competency and reliability (references must be from a manager, supervisor, or charge RN)
• Copy of employment application required
• Washington State-specific background checks including WSP/WATCH and WA Courts search

Facility-Specific Compliance

• Completion of assigned orientation modules within the first week
• Review and sign facility policies including:

  • Code of Conduct
  • Applicant Disclosure Statement
  • Confidentiality Policy
  • Appearance and Dress Code
  • Internet Usage Agreement
• Annual CMS Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) training certification required

Requirements/Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Washington
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist within the last year
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (AHA; RQI not accepted)

Notes

• No prior travel experience required for this position
• IV certification will be completed onsite if applicable

This position is ideal for a CT Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, ARRT CT certification, and proficiency with Siemens CT scanners and EPIC. The role offers a defined 8-week travel contract with no on-call responsibilities.
