Job Opportunity: CT Tech

Location

• Glendive, Montana

• Travel/Contract
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Schedule

• Night shifts, 4 shifts of 10 hours each (40 hours guaranteed weekly)
• Shift times:

  • 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM or
  • 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts (4x10's) covering Friday through Monday
• On-call coverage required:

  • Call from 5:30 PM–9:00 PM (3.5 hours) or 7:30 PM–9:00 PM (90 minutes) depending on day shift coverage
  • Every other weekend, call coverage from 7:00 AM–8:00 AM at the end of the shift
• Weekend work varies depending on staffing
• Floating within scope of practice may be required
• Block scheduling may be requested but is not guaranteed

Facility Type

• Acute Care Hospital with 24-hour emergency care
• Level IV Trauma Center
• 25 staffed beds
• Attached 71-bed skilled Extended Care facility

Caseload

• Average daily caseload: 28 patients per tech

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Montana
• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience
• CT Technologist experience within the last year

Additional Notes

• No time off (RTO) allowed during first 2 weeks due to orientation; subsequent RTO must be less than one week
• Parking is free
• Charting system: Cerner
• Scrub color: Any (per facility dress code)
• Locals are accepted for this position

This position is ideal for CT technologists with at least 2 years of experience who are comfortable working night shifts with on-call responsibilities in an acute care hospital setting. First-time travel techs are welcome.
